Returns Policy
At Bold Outfitters, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact boldapparel31@gmail.com immediately.
All internet sales are final; however, for first time customers we will offer a one-time courtesy return if your product doesn't fit exactly how you expected.
If you receive an incorrect item or damaged goods, we accept returns for exchange up to 7calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange. Items must be in “new, unaltered, unworn condition with the tags still attached.”Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be exchanged.
